No two species pair better than the stalwart Ochre star and the abundant Aggregating anemones. Nearly everyone’s first memory of the coast features at least of of these two vibrant animals. Part of the reason these two species are often seen in close proximity is the sheer absence of real estate in the intertidal zone. Animals that live here don’t worry so much about competing for food, its living space that matters most.
