Art Card - 4"x6" - White-lined Dirona

Shot at Island View Beach, Central Saanich, BC. riding the currents above the lush eelgrass beds that are a stone’s throw away from the beach. This species is very rarely observed above the seafloor, preferring to scavenge the sea floor for plant-like animals known as bryozoans. I have yet to discover what exactly the intentions of this nudibranch were when I encountered it that day. It was among several species of nudibranchs that decided to cast its fate into the arms of the sea.

This card is 4”x6” in size.

Art cards come sealed in a cellophane sleeve to protect from smudges and fingerprints. Each card comes with an appropriately sized envelope for shipping or hand delivery. Minimal ornamentation inspired by local marine life is featured on the inside of each card.

In addition to the common and latin names of the animals featured, the the time and location of the photograph are featured on the back of the card.
