With its vibrant golden colour and intricate patterns, the Pacific sea nettle adds a touch of ethereal beauty to the underwater world, while their venomous tentacles serve as a gentle reminder of their power and presence. Luckily for us, this patch offers us a nice texture as opposed to a powerful sting.

This patch is inspired by a photo of a Pacific sea nettle I had taken from below off of East Sooke Park, in Sooke, B.C.
