Local nudibranchs are each known for their unique characteristics, whether it be their size, abundance, behaviour or smell. The Opalescent Nudibranch's striking appearance serves both as camouflage and a warning to potential predators, as its vibrant colours demonstrate its bitter taste and toxicity.

This sticker was inspired by one of my favourite blackwater shots of an Opalescent nudibranch dancing in the currents along the shores of Central Saanich, B.C.
